Raccoon

Description

Raccoon is a medium-sized mammal native to North America. Raccoons are omnivorous and usually nocturnal. They have extended their habitats from forests to mountainous areas, coastal marshes, and even urban areas, where some homeowners consider them pests. The fur of raccoons is used for clothing, especially for coats and coonskin caps. Hunting and traffic accidents are the two most common causes of death for raccoons.
